These terms apply to your use of iredire.com and to any order you place with us. By using the site or ordering from us, you accept them.

1. About these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site at the moment you order is the version that applies to that order.

2. Placing an order

Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and dispatch it.

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. If we do, we will refund you in full.

3. Prices

Prices are in Naira and include [VAT status: confirm whether prices include VAT].

Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.

We take care with pricing, but if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to supply it at that price. We will contact you and offer the correct price or a full refund.

4. The pieces themselves

Our garments use natural and hand-finished fabrics. Slight variation in print placement, colour and finish between pieces is a characteristic of how they are made, not a fault.

We photograph our pieces as accurately as we can. Colour may appear differently on your screen.

5. Availability

Our collections are small and some prints do not repeat. Listing a piece does not guarantee it will be restocked.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or any other law that applies to you.

7. Intellectual property

The Irédire name, logo, designs, prints, photographs and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without our written permission.

8. Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including courier delays, customs, strikes and weather.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes fall to the Nigerian courts.
