How do I make payments?
Check out as normal and choose WhatsApp as your payment method. Your order sends itself to us, and we confirm your size, give you the total including delivery, and send our account details for transfer. In store you can pay by card or transfer at the counter.
How long will my order take?
Same-day in Abuja on orders placed before 4pm. Lagos is 1 to 2 working days, and everywhere else in Nigeria is 2 to 4. International orders usually reach the UK, US and Canada within 7 to 14 working days.
How do I know what size to take?
Our sizing follows UK sizes, and full measurements are on Our Size Guide. If you are between sizes, take the larger one for structured pieces and either works for relaxed ones. Or send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly which to take.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes, within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn, unaltered and still has its tags. Message us before sending anything back, and if you want a different size we can hold it for you.
Can I visit your store?
Yes, and we would encourage it. The Irédire Residence is at 33 Lake Chad Crescent, Maitama, Abuja, open Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm. You can also collect an online order there free of charge.
A piece I want is sold out. Will it come back?
Sometimes, and not always. Our collections are small and some prints do not repeat. Message us and we will tell you honestly whether it is coming back
How do I care for my pieces?
Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent, and wash your piece on its own for the first few washes. Do not soak it, do not bleach it, and do not wring it out. Hang it to dry in the shade rather than direct sun, and iron on the reverse with a low heat. Treated this way, Adire lasts for years.
